Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Please enter your NZCCM/AICCM membership number which you will find in membership invoice or login to your account. Please enter NA if you are non-member.
  • Please specify the day you will be attending the conference.
  • Please select Drinks Reception option under Extra Purchase section. The cost is $25 per person.
  • Please select Conference Dinner option under Extra Purchase section. The cost is $65 per person.
  • Please select Both options under Extra Purchase section. The price for both is $90 per person.

Full Conference Registration

  • Attendance at 2 days of conference sessions at the Auckland Museum
  • Morning tea and afternoon tea for 2 days 
  • Access to digital copies of presentations after the conference
  • Contact with industry suppliers at the Trade Fair 
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

Day Conference Registration

  • Attendance at 1 day of conference session, please specify which day during registration
  • Morning and afternoon tea for the day of attendance
  • Access to digital copies of presentations after the conference (from your selected day)
  • Contact with industry suppliers at the Trade Fair on day of attendance
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

Student Registration

As always, NZCCM encourages the participation of Students in our annual conferences to foster close ties between Conservators at different stages within the profession. 

  • Registration requires a valid student ID. 
  • Attendance at 2 days of conference sessions at the Auckland Museum
  • Morning tea and afternoon tea for 2 days 
  • Access to digital copies of presentations after the conference
  • Contact with industry suppliers at the Trade Fair 
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

Registration Scholarships

  • We will have x 5 funded registration scholarships for student attendance and non Auckland based attendance.
  • Scholarships are for Full registration attendance for the 3 days of our annual conference, 17-19 October 2023
  • Scholarships are for registration costs only and do not include travel, accommodation, drinks reception, dinner or any costs associated with tours and workshops.
  • The deadline for applications is 15 July 2023 and you will be notified of your result by 1 August 2023.

Drinks Reception

  • The drinks reception will be held at Brothers Brewery, Mt Eden on the 17th October from 6pm onwards (more details to come).

  • Please register for the opportunity to catch up over drinks and nibbles.

  • Please also specify any dietary requirements for catering purposes.

  • The cost is $25 per person.

Registration is open until 8 October.

Please note that tickets to the Drinks Reception are not included in Registration fees, and need to be purchased separately. 

Conference Dinner

  • The Conference Dinner will be held at Ima Cuisine, Fort Street on the 18th of October from 6:30pm onwards (more details to come). 

  • The dinner includes a 3-course dinner presented in family platter style 

  • Please specify your dietary requirement if any.

  • Beverages are not included but can be purchased from the restaurant bar.

  • Dinner fees are $65 for all participants.

Please note that tickets to the Conference Dinner are not included in Registration fees, and need to be purchased separately. 

We have a limit of 80 bookings for the Conference Dinner so book your place soon! 

Registration for the dinner is open until the 13th of September or once numbers have been reached.
